Our final dispatch date for new year orders will be MONDAY 29th December for arrival Tuesday 30th, or Wednesday 31st in case of delays. This assumes no bad weather or Royal Mail delays, for which we cannot account ,unfortunately.

Cape Wrath’s rugged hills, white sandy beaches, pristine environment and wild weather provide a dramatic natural backdrop to our farm.

We’ll send oysters directly to your home or restaurant, anywhere in the UK.

Quality & Sustainability

We chose our farm site for its good water quality, extremely low risk of pollution, strong currents and excellent water exchange, bringing abundant fresh algae and oxygen to feed the oysters with the tides.
