Please note our stocks of XL oysters may be limited, in which case we pack Large instead and add some extra to make up for any shortage of XL.
You will receive Cape Wrath Oysters packed in a traditional wooden punnet, with woodwool to reduce movement during transport. The punnet will be inside a polystyrene outer, with gel-packs to help keep the oysters cool. Put the punnet in the fridge on arrival. Like most perishables, oysters are best consumed within a few days of arrival, but they can have a good long shelf life provided you keep them cool and they remain shut.
